Bedrooms are available with either king size or 2 twin beds. Arrangements can be made for adjoining rooms to accommodate larger families.
Membership can be used at any of the current ( 5 ) or future Mayan Resorts, RCI or SFX exchanges. Week can be split at Puerto Penasco, Sonora ( Rocky Point ). This is a FLOATING week during the RED period. One registered week and one "VF" week, are both still available for 2006.
This is a renewable 100 year lease done in increments of 25 years. It can be sold or willed. A new 25 year period begins with each new owner. Furnishings are replaced every 5 years. Maintenance fees are about $500 per year and none is due until February 2007.
