From Panama City - Take the PanAmerican Highway west 75 kilometers to Bejuco. You see the signs for Altos del MarÃa before you get to the entrance that the developers created along the highway. There's a PioPio fast food chicken place right at the entrance. Follow the Altos del MarÃa sign posts for 19 kilometers, out of the lowlands and into the mountains of Altos. If you stop at the sales office, you can see a large map of the development to get your bearings, or just continue on to the gate. Follow the yellow lined main road down the valley, across the bridge and up the other side to the Valle de Laurel. We are 4 kilometers from the gate.
