Situated between the town of Hoedspruit and the foothills of the majestic Drakensberg Mountains, Raptor's Lodge is in the heart of Big five country. Bordering Raptor's View Wildlife Estate, the lodge is close to tourist attractions such as Pilgrims Rest, God's Window and the world-renowned Kruger National Park, Raptor's Lodge is ideally placed as a base from which to explore the wonders of the Lowveld.

The lodge owner is entitled to traverse rights of the nearby game farm Welverdiend - which consists of 2,400ha of prime game-viewing areas

The cluster of 20 two-bedroomed lodges occupies an area of 2.7 hectares, each lodge carefully positioned to maximize the views of the Drakensberg and local bushveld flora. The secure environment complete with 24-hour security personnel, ensures that tenants and guests can enjoy peace of mind while relaxing in the beautiful surroundings.

My lodge is one of 20 architect-designed and quality-built lodges, and are sensitively themed to blend in with the natural surroundings.

Lodge 12 is my own personal property.I bought it late last year. It is brand new, and comes with balance of a 5 year latent defect protection. I am only selling as I want to move into another property deal a bit sooner than forecast, and wish to release some capital. I have installed air conditioning, and a full furniture package so the property is now ready to enter the rental pool. Great rental returns are forecast.
