Patio doors open from the lounge and dining areas to the large raised terrace that offers fantastic virews of the countryside. The terrace is equipped with a table, sunloungers, chairs and a parasol.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double, a twin and a single). There is a sofabed in the lounge that sleeps an additional two. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony with views of the countryside. On the landing there is also a lounge area.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC downstairs

Allocated parking is provided.

The villa has a large private swimming pool and large sunbathing terrace offering magnificent views.

Additional features of the villa include a DVD player, television, iron and ironing board. A complimentary welcome pack is also provided.

Linen is provided but not beach towels

The traditional Cypriot village of Eposkopi is only a few minutes walk and has a traditional taverna.

The village Episkopi Paphou lies west of the river "Ezousas" and is a village with a special charecter. In the village entrance there is a steep rock, dominating the village and the valley underneath. In a few meters distance you can find the Saint Ilarion church (Agios Ilarion) , patron saint of the village. The church is dated back to 1192-1489 AD Frankish (Lusignan) period.
