It is small enough to be managed and run by an enthusiastic and hospitable couple with a little local help and it provides a very good income and a very interesting and enjoyable way of life. We enjoy many returning guests - each year, as well as a great deal of recommended bookings from happy guests.

MAINTENANCE/UPKEEP - has been kept up to an excellent standard at all times, since we opened almost 5 years ago, with the exterior having been painted in the summer of 2005, and all the bedrooms have been decorated in January 2006 with completely new soft furnishings throughout, to give a fresh new look.

OUR MARKETING has been carefully monitored on a regular basis, and the website has excellent search engine ratings. The present owners now wish to retire and would like their success to be continued, and hopefully expanded upon.

HANDOVER PERIOD the new owners require it, the current owners would be pleased to provide a transition period of both help and advice for 4-6 weeks.

OWNERS' ACCOMMODATION comprises of a Lounge, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathroom all this charming accommodation all has the original beamed ceilings. The main bedroom has a large en suite bathroom, and the other large room has an American kitchen and shower room/wetroom which is an ideal self-contained studio (currently used as an office by the present owners) and has its own separate entrance, and can easily be used as an additional room for the hotel.
