The resort consists of 600 acres whose landscape is as richly varied as the surrounding countryside. The local lagoon is suitable for jet skiing and other water sports.

The villa is near the clubhouse where there is a full restaurant/bar and there are two shops within the resort. Marriott's 5* resort opened in December 2003 within the resort which offers a variety of restaurants and bars.

This was a project we were to undertake and preliminary research suggests that around 100,000 Euros spent would have the property worth 1,100,000 Euros. The Land alone (if it were available) would cost some 600,000 Euros.
