Further to his death, the house was abandoned for a long time until my family bought it.
Some original features have been saved, including the main door and the wide staircase made in stone are still original.
The house also features a wonderful imperial balcony overlooking the coast.
The house has its private entrance, with an original 17century main door, big hall, 4 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and staircases to the roof where there is another bedroom with a good sized balcony.
The size of the house was too big for our use, so only 110 mq were converted in apartment, the remain of 90 mq is just a hug room, which can be further converted as wishes.
