For sale is a beautifull house in the traditional village of Arnados in the island of Tinos. The house has a fantasitc view to the sea and especially to the islands of Delos and Myconos. In the same village is the old monastery of Santa Pelagia. The village is very close to the village of Triantaros and 8 Km form the city of Tinos (chora).

The main house is about 100 m2, build in the traditional Cycladic style. In the ground floor there is a large reception/living room, the kitchen (fitted) and a W/C. The kitchen is seperated from the reception/living room with a stone arch. The two walls of the reception/living room are also build with stones. In the middle of the floor there is a marble sculpt (anaglypt/relief) depicting the well known dolfins of Delos, syrrounded by the waves of Delos. The rest of the reception/living room floor is covered with stones as is the rest of the house. There ia also a builded couch in the shape of an "L" and a fire place. The floor of the kitchen is covered with Byzantine marble (matt relief white marble).

From the ground floor a builded ladder leads to the bathroom first. The bathroom is traditionally made with bath tab and mirror form beige coloured matt relief marble. Next are the three rooms of the house. The first with builded bed, and closet. There is also a desk within a builded arch and a bookcase. Then the second room with two single builded beds. Finally is the third room with a double iron bed. A door common to this room and the second leads to the roof of the reception/living room which is a patio covered with a pergola. In the patio there is a builded couch and a closet. All the ceilings are covered with light blue wood. The walls of the kitchen, the W/C and the bathroom are decorated with marble sculpts.

In the ground floor there is a patio about 50 m2 accessable from the reception/living room and a semi-underground space 20 m2, independet, who can be converted to a guest room with its own bathroom. The house is furnished, even with dishes. Under the floor there is instalation for central heating.

I am going to remove only the paintings and two three objects, part of my personal collection.
