The homes are built of concrete and steel, with tile floors and counter tops, and hand laid tile showers. All homes have central A/C and hot and cold running water, and are furnished with all appliances.
Our prices start at $90,000 US for just over 1000 Sq, Ft. on a riverfront lot. The property is only 8 miles from the sea, and the river is fully navigible by up to 60 foot boats.
The community will be serviced by water, electricity and internet access, water is at a flat rate of $5.00 US per month, yard maintenance is $5.00 US per week and maid service is available for $3.00 US per hour.
We will finance the purchase with 20% down, interest of 10%, and for those of you wishing to investigate the property, for a limited time, if you purchase, we will pay one round-trip airfare (up to $700 US) and provide a weeks free lodging.
