Situated on the hillside to the west of Albufeira with panoramic views out to sea and over the marina, the restaurant has a floor area of 400m2 on two levels. The upper terrace has seating for 60+ covers with an independent open view kitchen area, curretly working during the season from 9.30am serving breakfasts through to early evening. The lower ground floor entrance leads to a lounge bar area with large screen tvs, projectors and pool table. The area is serviced from a large bar with an open pizza preparation area and two-tier pizza oven.
The internal restaurant/lounge area seats 30 for both table and tapas service. The area is tastefully decorated and leads out onto a second terrace area with views and seating for 30/40.
The main kitchen is amply spaced with storage areas and is well equipped.
The unit has been trading successfully for six years under the current proprietors and is available for occupation via the single purpose operating company at a one off fee or an annual rental of £30,000. |
