ACA Bay Hotel is located steps from the main center of Acapulco. Which also has many beautiful shops and restaurants all along the main strip of town.
And plans are underway for the addition of a second tower. Full under ground rough in for an 11 floor addition to the hotel which is going to be added to the back of the ACA Bay Hotel. At present $800,000 USD have already been invested for the addition of the new tower. This land and the 'rough in' are included in the sale of the hotel.
We have just received news that Acapulco will be the first location in Mexico to receive a casino. This will help to boost the tourism industry in the area, which is a benefit to all hotels including ACA Bay. The Casino is scheduled to open in approximately six months. Land is expected to triple in value!

Potential Revenue
This hotel just needs some love and care. Increasing the occupancy rate to 85% would bring in the income from the room rates with out increasing expense at the same percentage. The night club on the 20th floor can be open and running to increase profits or turn into a beautiful restaurant. In years to come the government may allow a Casino license granite for hotels in Acapulco. All hotel owner in Acapulco are looking forward to getting there license for a casino therefore asking the government to vote for it.
As stated earlier the most important aspect required to correct the problems at present is to bring in a management team that can correct these problems and help increase sales at the hotel. The income is available as tourism in Acapulco is very high and by advertising and possibly making an agreement with a tour company for package holidays will only increase the occupancy rate and in the end increase the profits of the hotel overall.
