I am interested in exchanging my bungalow for two to six months a year (or less) accomodation on Ireland's east coast, preferrably on the coast from Dublin to Cork. I am quite flexible for the exchange and I do not necessarily request the same type of accomodation.I am also willing to rent it out.

I am a single professional woman (university professor and writer) planning to retire to Ireland in January 2002. I am French (from France), have lived in North America for many years. I am a non-smoker, and I love plants and animals.

In TARPON SPRINGS -- 30 miles north of Tampa and St. Petersburg (and their 2 major international airports) -- in small condominium development right on the Gulf of Mexico, my bungalow is about 100 yards from the gulf and from the swimming pool. It is surrounded by lawns and trees and in a very quiet residential area.

The bungalow is 1060 square feet plus a 450 square feet lanai (large room with 2 glass walls leading into living room and master bedroom, and 2 walls of screens); cathedral ceilings in living room and lanai; 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; large eat-in et well-equipped kitchen (5 appliances). Of course, it is air-conditioned and heated. It has 2 parking spots. It is elegantly furnished and in excellent condition.

Tarpon Springs is a beautiful and colorful town, with many antique stores, restaurants (many Greek ones), the feel of a tropical island, a long fisherman's dock (sponge fishing specialty), etc. There is also a very prestigious golf-club nearby, lots of shopping and activities -- artistic as well sporting.
