This charming suite offers two bedrooms and two baths to the visitor who wants to experience the French Quarter first hand. It is located in a quiet, residential area of the French Quarter, and yet is only steps from the entertainment area.

This suite is located in a duplex (we call it a double shotgun) in the heart of the French Quarter. The French Creole Suite comprises both the left and right sides of the duplex. It has a living room on each side with double doors that open into a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full sized eat-in kitchen, and a bathroom. This suite also has access to a shared courtyard.

The Suite has gracious, twelve-foot ceilings and is nicely furnished. It is perfect for up to four people. Included are all linens, towels, TV, microwave, telephone with answering machine, and fully equipped kitchen facilities.

The French Creole Suite is convenient to the Historic Sites, Bars, Restaurants, and Historic heart of New Orleans' French Quarter, Jackson Square, and Bourbon Street. You can walk to all major sites and enjoy the beauty and charm of the French Quarter just like the natives!

To secure your reservation, requires a credit card at the time of booking. Actual payment for your reservation is processed by the property manager after you have booked. Please read the policies below for this lodging's accepted payment types and procedures.

Special Events carry special rates and advanced payment requirements: They include New Years, Sugar Bowl, Mardi Gras Season, French Quarter Festival, Jazz Fest, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Essence Festival, Labor Day Weekend, Southern Decadence, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on bookings. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon), although we can usually accomodate our guests needs. Maximum of four people in the French Creole Suite. Cancellations and Refunds
Reservation deposits are usually refundable (less a $10 administrative charge) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund of reservation deposits if trip is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposits
Reservations require a deposit of 20% of the expected total to be charged to a Visa or Mastercard. To hold the reservation the total must be charged and the receipt signed within 48 hours of making reservation. The remainder is usually due at check-in, with exceptions for major events and groups, which require advance payment in full. For major events, full payment is required and non-refundable in advance.
