Blue Lagoon Villa is a newly-built, luxury, two storey, fully self-contained private accommodation â€“ right at a white, sandy beach and crystal blue lagoon which is good for swimming and snorkelling.

As our welcome guest you will be greeted upon arrival with fresh, local flowers, fruit and cool drinks. Peace, luxurious comfort and privacy are all awaiting you at Blue Lagoon Villa.

Blue Lagoon Villa is a newly-built, luxury, two storey, fully self-contained private accommodation â€“ right at a white, sandy beach and crystal blue lagoon which is good for swimming and snorkelling. The Villa is on the western "sunset" side of Rarotonga next to many fine restaurants. It is close to town and most other facilities, including being across the road from a general store with most daily food and beverage needs.

Blue Lagoon Villa is new with all modern fittings. The large master bedroom overlooks the ocean and has an imported king size bed from "Pier One" in the USA. It is air conditioned and has its own ensuite with a bath/shower and toilet. The second bedroom is equally large (4X4m) and is next to the other bathroom/toilet. All linen needs are provided.

The lounge features colour TV/video, CD stereo/radio and a Playstation with games included for guests to use.

The interior of the Villa is beautifully decorated with wood and cane furniture and many local arts and crafts works. Insect screens are in place. The modern kitchen features a new gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and glassware needs and a coffee machine. There are three dining areas to choose from and a gas BBQ on the deck too.

The downstairs laundry (connected by a laundry chute) features a large, new automatic washing machine and sink. There is also an iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. There is a thatched beach hut and table at water's edge for use by our guests only.

The Villa is built up high overlooking our private, tropical garden and lawn, with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean from the wide upstairs deck overlooking the peaceful lagoon, out to the horizon. It is just a 30-metre stroll down the private access to the white, sandy beach at Black Rock where two beach lounges are available exclusively for Villa guests.
