There's so much to do and see that a month here would not be enough time! Enjoy visiting monkeys in their habitat -- and actually feeding them as they sit on your shoulder, or on your lap. The Manuel Antonio National Park is nearby. There you can see sloths, toucans, macaws, and other forest creatures and wildlife.

You can take a canopy ride high up in the forest -- passing from tree to tree by a cable attached by a body harness. There are riding stables where you take a horseback riding tour of the local hills and beaches.

And for those times when you just want to relax, there's the facility -- with its swimming pool on the ocean.

All 7 interior doors are hand carved each with a different nautical scene, dolphins, mermaid, reef fish, game fish, sea horse, octopus, star fish and Neptune on the master bath door. The wood is locally grown hardwood.

The ceilings are also lined with teak strip varnished to a rich glow. The hardware and chandeliers in each room are locally wrought iron made to look aged. All the floors are tiled as are the 3 bathrooms. the Kitchen shelves are hand made home grown teakwood and the tiled counter tops are framed in the same wood.

In the master suite there is a whole wall of built in hardwood cabinetry and a king sized bed. One guest bedroom has another double bed and the other guest room has two twin beds.

The view in front is exceptional as the property sits right on the beach lined with palm trees with a view of the entire 2kilometer bay which is Jaco (pronounced Haco) beach. The town is within easy walking distance and during the last 3 years has more than doubled in size with all sorts of new goods and services available. There are over 200 places to eat within the 2 kilometers of town.

The sun sets every day at 5.30 and is almost a religious experience.
