Adequate heating is available and there is also an evaporative cooling system and split unit air-conditioning available for the warmer summer months. Dennis Sea Whispers is unique; it caters for large groups (upto 20 persons) as well as small families. Sea Whispers also has two separate kitchens giving you a choice of a convenient lunch downstairs and a scenic dinner upstairs watching the brilliant sunsets in summer!..... and what of the star studded skies on a cloudless night!! Hence our tariffs are based on group numbers, after the basic family of 5(2 adults and 3 children) and our minimum stay is one night.

Dennis Sea Whispers is close to wineries(eg. Gurdies) and local attractions such as Phillip Island (about 10 minutes drive.) We are well located for those who prefer the vibrant activities available at Phillip Island and then wish to retreat to a quiet nights rest away from the island and only 15 minutes away. The surf is also available for the surfing enthusiasts both at Kilkunda(10 minutes) and on Phillip Island(patrolled)

Dennis Sea Secrets, another "Dennis Sea" accomodation, is located on Philip island, close to Cowes. Wimbledon Heights is residential and quiet and a good retreat after partying at Cowes. It is also within short reach of the islands many attractions, eg. Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Seal Rock and Wildlife Parks, Churchill island, go-cart, golf, grand prix and many others. Dennis Sea Secrets is now available for holiday bookings. Sea Secrets is a double storey beach house with 4 bedrooms. Sea Secrets can accommodate up to 16 people.

We are also pleased to advise of Dennis Sea Paradise.

Sea Paradise is another proud "Dennis Sea" accomodation. It is located at Grantville (Victoria). Sea Paradisde is a foreshore property, with direct beach access. It has beach and island views from the dining room area. Dennis Sea Paradise is also a large (45 sq.) 2 storey house that has 5 bedrooms and ample conveniences for large groups(18/20 person). This property too comes fully furnished and has all modern conveniences available. Dennis Sea Paradise also has a swimming pool and spa.

We have now added Dennis Sea City Delights another Dennis Sea accomodation within 8 kms. of Melbourne city. Trains at the door. Elwood & St Kilda beaches and fitness tracks are handy. Ample parklands, picnic grounds, ten pin bowl swimming and fitness centres are all within a short walk. Ditto for shops and restaurants.

It is ideal for the Commonwealth Games stays, or very convenient for the short stay (or long) visiting inter city business executives, who may wish to combine family holidays or romantic getaways with their work at Melbourne. Sea City Delights also has the option of breakfast for an additional charge.
