Our condo is a third floor ocean front unit. on the beach. The balcony has lounge chairs and a large dining table with 6 chairs to enjoy outdoor dining or sip on wine and some cheese and watch the nightly sunsets. We are in the middle of Grace Bay which makes the location great,with very good sunsets. We are within walking distance of 4 very great restaurants with outside dining. The tour operator on sight can arrange for any tour that you desire. The spa and restaurant next door at the Palms may be used by our resort also,If you are in need of a vacation that you will cherish with beautiful memories on a great beach with no cruise boats arriving with thousands of people visiting your beach than act soon. you too will be as captivated with the island as we are,once contact is made and all your questions are answered and you are ready to book your trip,you will be directed to our rental agent at the resort who will honor our prices as owners which are lower than rack rates,they will arrange the stay,our price does not include the 10% government tax and 10% service charge,which is customary at all the resorts on the island.
