I purposely designed the riding ring unfenced to limit my horse's dependence on the rail for straightness and balance. You could easily and inexpensively fence the ring, if you wanted. (Since the property has been unused all year, the ring requires a little maintenance, but rest assured, it was installed properly and should be no problem to restore to it's original condition.) The riding ring is situated at the highest point of the property, overlooking the beautiful neighboring farm lands of the valley.

There are many positives about this property and I've tried to mention most of them here. I want to be honest about expectations, like the raised ranch exterior style of home. The house is freshly painted inside and out, and is clean, bright and spacious - even if it's not under a fancy facade. Also, you might think it's weird that the pasture and riding ring are up the hill from the barn. In the four years we had horses there, it was like a dream come true. The peace of mind I had knowing the horses were tucked away from the road, and curious people, the the ease in keeping the horses fit for show, was well worth the short walk up the path. We also had security cameras on the property to view the horses from the house or on the web (I'd be happy to tell you how to set that up).
