The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city of Punto Fijo, conveniently located between two refineries that together constitute the largest complex in the planet. The city of Punto Fijo is on the Paraguana Peninsula which has the status of turistic duty free zone.
Lately the ammount of people coming to buy goods from all over Venezuela has increased enormously so the occupancy levels are at 100% in high season and 50% in low season, but with a trend to rise steeply. The peninsula itself is close to the island of Aruba at a distance of a 13 minutes flight. From Punto Fijo you may reach in 45 minutes the city of Coro ( the first founded city on the continent) and in two hours a mountain zone with nice vegetation, beautifull landscapes and low temperatures.
Paraguana Peninsula is called to be the ideal port for refueling and getting supplies for the airplanes traveling between north and south America, for its convenient location and the low cost fuel availability
