Very beautiful farm in southern Free State province. On 30 degree latitude line. The 1400 hectares consist of 1/3 mountainous area. This parts cannot be reached by vehicle - partly by motorbike and mostly by horse. Another 1/3 are semi-mountainous of which most can be reached by vehicle. The other 1/3 are almost flat with grassveld. Most unique of the plants are the many wild olive trees in the upper half of the mountainous parts. There are 5 boreholes with windmills and are in 100% working condition. The farm currently operates as a sheep farm, so the drinking water are very well distributed over the area.

Halfway into the mountainous part is the homestead. The 22x12 meter house has a new tile roof on and has 3 bedrooms. The drinking water comes from a borehole with a submersible pump. There is a good 300 meter fence around the house and 2 other out-buildings. The one building is a double garage with 2 other rooms. Outside the yard are 3 barns: 1)20x5 meter brick building - steel construction 2)10x5 meter - steel construction closed with zink 3)20x5 meter old stone barn. There are also 2 houses for workers - steel construction with brick walls. Only the old barn and 10x5 meter does not have electricity supply.
The farm is 160km south of Bloemfontein, which has a domestic airport. The homestead is 3.5km from a main road(tar) This part of the province is low populated. Climate: min:-2degrees winter nights. max 33degrees mid-summer days.
