GETTING TO BOQUETE
You can fly into Panama City and transfer to a smaller regional airport that has six flights daily to David. David is Â½ hour drive from Boquete.

INFRASTRUCTURE
In keeping with our lifestyle vision we have placed all utilities underground. Although the project may look old it is built to the same standards and codes required in the United States.

Internet - We have the latest in communication technologies such as high speed ADSL and voice over IP telephone service.

Electric - Our electrical service is currently supplied by a private company but plans are to have our own hydroelectric plant operating within a few years to supply our electric needs.

Water - Our water supply is from a pure mountain spring at the upper end of the valley. This is the same water that is bottle and sold throughout the country and yet it pours from your tap in abundance.

Roads - All of our over 3 kilometers of roads are paved or to be paved when the majority of construction is completed.

Sewage Treatment - Our septic systems are either central (Villas and condoâ€™s) or individual depending on the lot size. Strict government regulations on sewage treatment require special bio systems to handle all sewage waste.

Security - The project is located in a valley with 100 meter sheer vertical jungle covered walls that offer it unprecedented natural security. The mouth of the valley is the only access and is gated and guarded 24/7. In addition we have roving security personnel and alarm systems on each home.

HOME SITES
Our home sites range in size from 850 square meters (aprox 10000 square feet) to 5000 square meters (55000 square feet). Most have magnificent views of either the river golf course or the Baru Volcano. Each lot has underground electric, water and internet/phone service. Most sites are cleared and ready to build on. Home construction costs typically run about $50 square foot.

VILLAS & CONDOMINIUMS
Both the Villas and the Condominiums have old Spanish tile roofs and large maintenance free windows allowing ample lighting into each room. The ceilings are either gypsum or wood and the floors are all Spanish tile even into the car ports. Each home is equipped with an alarm system to the front guard station. All the doors and cabinetry are beautiful hardwoods. Each has an attached carport and large patio. They have beautiful views of either the river, golf course or the Baru Volcano.

Villas - The Villas are duplexes with a common wall between the two homes. The design makes them very spacious and private. They each have a titled lot of between 350-500 square meters. This allows for small gardens on each property.

We have both single level and two level villas of between 200 and 300 square meters. Two and three bedroom models with two or three baths are available.

Condominiums- Our condominiums are approximately 200 square meters with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They are single level with a carport for one vehicle and there are four units to a building. All have a beautiful view of the river and or the Golf course. These homes offer maintenance free living and are great for rental income.

TAX INCENTIVES
The government of Panama offers a number of benefits to those seeking a second home or a retirement property. Foremost is the moratorium on property taxes on new construction for between 10 and 15 years from the date of occupancy. This can amount to many thousands of dollars in savings each year.
