The back yard should be mentioned as it is fenced and ready for your favorite puppy. It's also an idyillic spot for an inground pool. Super private because of the mature pines which surround the property line. The potential is limited only by your imagination (I see a 'natural grotto' type pool with water fall)

THE AREA:
When you are at home, it's quiet, peaceful, and the stars can be seen at night. Yet you have all the ammenities nearby. A private golf/country club is a half mile away. A swim and tennis club is a half mile away (they have a great swim team). An enormous park is down the street with bike and jogging paths galore. They also have soccer, football, lacrosse, and baseball fields. It's a wonderful resource for a family, and so convenient. The area is great, the elementary school is a blue ribbon school, the middle and high schools are highly desirable.

Please take a look at the pictures. I am sorry that there are no good pictures of the exterior of the house but the landscaping makes it extremely difficult to see the house from the road. (A bonus when you live in the house!)
