All of the 2 bedroom units have full kitchens complete with oven or stove, fridge / freezer, micro wave, pots, pans, Tvs etc, ready for your guests enjoyment.

The owners or managers accommodations are new and are comprised of a large lounge and dinning area, which opens into the office / reception, so checking in those late arrivels is made easier. There are french doors from the dinning area, onto a deck which catches morning and afternoom sun, a little privaticy to spend away from the guests. A good size kitchen, with plenty of bench space for preparing meals or breakfasts with a 4 burner gas hob for quick & easy contol, a fan wall oven , dishwasher & good size pantry, lots of cupboards & draw space.

From the lounge and dinning area, you have good vision of all the comings and goings from the motel.

Moving up stairs from the living area is the bathroom with good size semi-round shower, vanity and toilet. There is an office ( above the lower reception area ) with plenty of built-in storage for all the motel files and paperwork and bookcase.

The main bedroom is of good size with a large walk-in wardrobe / storage area.
The second bedroom is adiquit for 2 single beds. Both these bedrooms overlook the courtyard and get plenty of afternoon sun.

Next to the reception is a double garage for owner / managers vehicles and another toilet at the rear for convenience from outside for staff use.

All the hot water in the motel is via gas califonts, which give good and continuious supply.
Water suppy for the motel is from 3 x 6000 gallon rain water tanks with a deep well bore for back up over the dry summers and busy periods. This saves any problems with water used in the laundry or for watering the gardens & grounds.

All units are still in mint condition. Situated 100 metres off the road Matakana House Motel is safe and quiet so guests can have a serene stay. With 2 bars & restuarants only 80 metres away, Matakana River just a mere 5 minute strole away and Omaha Beach and golf course 5 minute drive away, it offers something to entice and please all ages.
