The first phase will be situated near the pool area, with amazing views of the mangrove. Prices will go up for the next phase, as they will have Ocean Views. The property is located between Jaco and Quepos in the Central Pacific zone of Costa Rica. The area boasts some of the most beautiful beaches and best surf in the country, but is still somewhat of a "secret spot". It's common to be out on a 4-6ft day, when it's hollow and barreling and be the only person out in the water! However, Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica's surfing mecca, is just a 20 minute drive North.

Surfing is not the only activity nearby that you can enjoy. If Golf is your fancy, Los Suenos Golf Resort and Marina is a short distance away. Other activities in the area include fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and kayaking. One of the country's most beautiful National Parks, Manuel Antonio, is also a short, scenic drive South.

Although there are an abundance of "things to do" here, Laurel de la India is a place that lends itself to an endless meditaion and experience of nature! One can spend days here without the thought of getting in the car to go anywhere!!
