Worldclass Rainbow Trout are caught in the waters surrounding the property.

Access to the property is from Burns Lake on Highway 16 south on Francis Lake Road. An approx. 2 hour drive including a free ferry ride across Francis Lake leads you to Ootsa Lake and then to the ranch with half the way being a good gravel road.

There is one main cabin with 2 bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen and dining room, 2 showers and WC. The guest cabins are furnished to sleep 8 each but not serviced. There is an outhouse right by the guest cabins. A newly built cabin services as an equipment shop. Power and phoneline to the main house are established.

The setting is utmost private and romantic with two boat launches. Wildlife like moose, bears, swans, loons, Canada geese, deer & coyotes are abundand.
