Bed and Breakfast For Sale in Jasper, Alberta Canada
You can own the most desirable and successful B&B in the Canadian Rockies right by Jasper!!
Wyndswept is in its 12th year of operation and turns away over a thousand referrals a summer. Owner has health issues and wishes to retire.
It is in a class of its own. It is located in a small village. No other B&B’s can ever again be built in this village.
You have this distinction. You have limited competition.
We operate at 100% capacity in peak season. Due to the over abundance of referrals we have a reservations service and charge a fee to other B&Bs that want to take our overflow.
Our luxury B&B home was built specifically to do a B&B. As owners we live in the B&B as it is European style and the owner is on-site.
Owners Quarters:
We personally have a one bedroom unit, we have an adjoining room we use as an office. We have a big full ensuite just for our use. We also have a big walk in closet.
There is a small bedroom we built for when our son comes home to visit.
This room could be used as staff quarters for one person only, it has a full bathroom as well.
The double garage has one side built to fit a big motorhome.
We are located on a half acre lot in a small little village (only 30 lots with 21 homes) five minutes from Jasper National Park and about 35 to 40 minutes from downtown Jasper.
It takes this amount of time to drive to Jasper as the speed limit is low as there are more wild animals living on the east side of the park by us. They must be protected. The animals and the scenery are a drawing card to bring travelers to Wyndswept.
We are located only 6 minutes to the turn off to drive up the mountain to Miette hot springs.
Our home is called a "hillside bungalow" and is nestled into the side of a hill overlooking Jasper National Park.
We are the only B&B with surround mountain views and have what our guests tell us is a true million-dollar view.
Our home is well built, using high quality building products and techniques, from the hand hewn cedar shakes to the under floor radiant heating system. We have tried to make our home comfy but luxurious so guests feel like Wyndswept is their home away from home.
We start booking our rooms for peak season almost a year ahead of time so by late spring we know our income and know we are full for peak season. This gives us peace of mind with our planning.
Our lovely new Pocahontas suite sells quickly. It is in high demand with a wait list!!
The Pocahontas suite has a garden door going onto the balcony and has the most amazing views of the surrounding wildflowers and mountains.
It features big windows, king bed, Jacuzzi tub, and speaks to the theme of Pocahontas which is the big mountain viewed from the room.
It is decorated simply but lovely and is of high quality and guests ohhh and aahhh as they enter this suite.
The Wildflower suite is about 1000 square feet. It has a kitchen for those who like to make a snack or pack a picnic, it also features hand drawn and painted murals of the wildflowers in the area. This was done by a professional artist.
This suite has big surround mountain views with big windows, high ceilings and its own private viewing deck for watching wildlife and the night skies.
It can sleep up to four people by utilizing a pull-out sofa bed.
The gas fireplace and cozy nooks offers a nice get a way ambience.
The Wildflower suite sells quickly and is very private for honeymooners or a group of four travelers.
The Pansy garden suite is a lovely big spacious room depicting Glenda’s favorite flower, the pansy, and is decorated with murals of pansies on the back of the French doors entering the room. It overlooks Glenda's pansy passion flowerbeds.
All the rooms have satellite TV, video players, fridge, coffee / tea stations, and many value added extras.
Each room has a big private Ensuite.
The home is decorated tastefully, comfy but luxurious.
The home hosts big windows in all the rooms. It is bright.
It has lots of storage space, big crawl space and a big attached two-car garage.
The kitchen is a professional kitchen with all new granite counter tops and all new stainless was just installed in March 2005!
In the family room/guest lounge there is a huge flat screen TV with awesome surround sound, leather sofas and chairs. Most of the high-end furniture, bedding and supplies stay with the home.
Wyndswept could be sold totally turn key, just walk in and start serving your wonderful world travelers a hearty breakfast.
Wyndswept is already taking bookings and almsot full for the 2006 year.
Why not quit the 9 to 5 rat race and work from your one of a kind mountain home.
Guests rave about Wyndswept and write about us on Trip Advisor.
