The houses are 3 stories high with a living, dining, kitchen, guest toilet and a maidâ€™s room with an attached toilet on the ground floor. There is a common back garden where you have an outside Thai cooking area and a place to hang your front of the house has a beautifully manicured lawn and a landscaped garden with the largest swimming pool in Hua Hin.

The houses are 3 stories high with a living, dining, kitchen, guest toilet and a maidâ€™s room with an attached toilet on the ground floor. There is a common back garden where you have an outside Thai cooking area and a place to hang your front of the house has a beautifully manicured lawn and a landscaped garden with the largest swimming pool in Hua Hin.

On the second floor, you have a lounge area ( Study )with a sofa set and cable TV with a balcony over looking the pool ( In some of the houses this room has been converted to another bedroom making it a 4 bedroom house ). On the other side is a bedroom with a balcony over looking an empty plot of land and an en suite bathroom.

On the third floor you have two bedrooms on either side both with en suite bathrooms and with balconies one over looking the pool and the other over looking the empty plot of land. The bathrooms all have showers with hot water.

All the bedrooms are furnished with twin or double beds, wardrobes and a dressing table. The whole house is air-conditioned. The living room has a sofa set with cable TV, telephone and French windows. The dining room has a 6 set dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities like, cooker, large fridge, hot water flask, washing machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils sufficient for 12 people, cabinets and a wash- basin.

Each bedroom has a few sets of linen. There is a housemaid service available at Baht. 200.00 a day and the maids can clean, change the linen and do the washing. This has to be negotiated directly with the maids who are available at Baan Sar Suan all day. Our staff will be more than happy to help you with the negotiation.

The monthly rental rates do not include electricity, water and telephone bills and these have to be paid on departure. There are no extra charges that we levy on the bills received so you pay the normal prices that every one pays for these.

These houses are ideal for a couple or a family with 6 Adults and 4 children. We do not allow more than this in each house.

Brittle Star Resorts will collect a deposit of Baht. 10,000.00 for every rental and this amount is kept for unpaid bills or damages to the furniture or kitchenware. The deposit is returned on departure after deductions if there are any.
