A lovely running stream at the end of street, beach is just 5 minutes away. This villa is located in Pacific Harbour the adventure capitol of the world. With an 18 hold golf course (designed by Robert Trent Jones Junior) lakes, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, convenience stores, bars, gift shops, hotels, bars, fishing, diving, boating facilities and much more! This is truly a wonderful location to spend your holidays.

The Villa:
Fully furnished with full cooking facilities -- gas stove with full size oven, refrigerator, microwave, electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and kitchen linens.
All bedrooms & bathrooms linens are of top quality linen. Main living area has dining table and 4 chairs, 4 bar stools around kitchen bar, wicker lounge suite, coffee tables, reading lamps and loan of Villa mobile/cell phone. You can buy phonecards for the Villa phone from the local shops/stores.
The lovely big lanai has outdoor picnic tables and chairs. The living area and master bedroom both open out onto the large verandah. Master bedroom has ensuite with full shower and toilet, queen size bed, dresser, bedside tables with lamps, mounted fan on wall and two matching wall closets.
Fully automatic washing machine and washing sink. Second bedroom has two single beds with all linen, full closet and vanity area with dressing mirror, bedside tables and reading lamps. The entire villa has mosquito/insect screens, wood louver windows and French doors. There is also a fully tiled guest room downstairs with full bathroom facilities and a sofa bed. Housemaid / Cook available on request.

Smoking is permitted on balcony or downstairs only. A pet house is located downstairs next to the studio. Please do NOT chain or tether any pets on our property at anytime. We are animal advocates and do not condone the chaining, or tethering of any living creatures. :-)

Rates
Entire villa rental is US$ 100 a night for up to 5 persons. Minimum 3 nights stay.
We do offer a discount for weekly rentals or longer. $90US per night for weekly rentals.
