This is a very charming villa with a view - and what a view!

The Mideteranian Sea, the mountains, the Cabrils Valley and Barcelona in the distance. All of this with a birds-eye view from the top of a mountain while enjoying the sun on the terrace or in the garden or while swimming in the large swimming pool. 180 degrees of unubstructed view.

The beach (long stretches of it) is 10 minnutes away by car and lovely walks in the forest and in the mountains start practically right outside the door.

The name of the villa, "Nilaya", says it all: In Sanskrit it means "a little closer to heaven". Take a look at the attached photos and you will understand why.

The villa belongs to a diplomat and is situated high above the charming village of Cabrils in a quiet, exclusive neighburhood, 30 minnutes by car from the centre of Barcelona (north along the coast) and one and a half hours from the French border.

We are renting the lower part of the villa, which includes the garden, the swimming pool, a bed room with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dish washing machine with a beautiful terrace, a large (70 m2) open room for relaxation or meditation with 40 m2 of covered terrace, two bathrooms and a laundry room with washing and drying machine.

This part of the villa easily sleeps 5 in different rooms.

This part of the villa is completely seperated from the rest of the house and you will have exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool for at least the first 10 days of your stay. No sharing, no interference.

This is one of the few houses in Europe with so-called "Live" or "Vitalised" tap water based on the new GIE Technology. For more information you may consult the web-site agua - viva . info

The rental period is from July 31st to August 14th (both days included), though minimum 10 days (= 1500 Euro). The total rent must be paid in advance.

We kindly require you to arrive before 14:00 on July 31st.

You will require a car and we regret that dogs and cats are not accepted.

This is a rental for non-smokers only.
