Everyone who lives here, respect other people's privacy, as water and wood transmit noise easily and we have to ask our guests to show some courtesy to the neighbours too.

Here you find a beautiful large and stable houseboat with a guestroom and a studio. The guestroom consists of a room with a double bed, a shower and a washstand. It has also a little equipped kitchen with a fridge and an electric cooker. It's a cosy room with blue painted , video, radio and cd-player are is in the hall and has to be shared with one other room.
The studio is for two till 3 persons. There are two couches which can turned into beds. It has a kitchenette, a private bathroom, a terrace on the water (surrounded by other boats) and has his own entrance. Your host lives in the foremost part of the boat.
On the Stadionplein (a 10 minute walk) you find a lot of restaurants, a grossery and other shops.
