The Belvedere is an exclusive apartment for those seeking comfort, elegance and serenity that comes standard with glorious views of Venice, St Markâ€™s Square, sunrise on the Adriatic and sunset over the majestic Venice skyline. You get all this without stepping out of the apartment! The windows in the living room and the master bedroom open on to the Adriatic from where the Grand Canal starts to weave inbound. This apartment is spacious, yet cosy, relaxing with open spaces, luxurious furnishings, wooden floors, air-conditioning and lift in the building, unusual for a building that is over 200 hundred years old. But most of all the romantic magnificence of the San Marco waterfront and the skyline of the heart of Venice can be enjoyed from the window. One flight down on the street level is a cafÃ©, where you can enjoy cappucco and take in the view of Venice, Grand Canal and the Adriatic. If you walk about 2 metres, you can sit on the pavement and let your feet soak in the waters of the Adriatic. The Belvedere is on the waterfront. From the airport, the water-taxi can bring you right to the door-step! It is a five minute walk from the apartment to San Marco Square.

If you go out the door behind the building, you are in via Garibaldi, the â€˜widestâ€™ street in Venice and a delightful string of open-air cafes and restaurants, bazaar, fresh fish and vegetables and of course Gelatto, everywhere.
The apartment consists of one en suite master bedroom ,queen size bed, a double room with two separate twin beds ,for two adults or two children, and a bathroom just outside the door. There are two bathrooms in the apartment and the en suite bathroom has a bathtub. There is one fold-out bed and a very large sofa in the living rooo. At the entry to the living room is an open well-furnished kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave.

If you require some more accommodation, on the same floor, there is an adjacent efficiency apartment with pleasant view overlooking a typical Venetian alley-way and part of the via Garibaldi street scene. The efficiency has a nicely hidden kitchen that is ample and effective as well as a spacious bathroom with bathtub. Both apartments are on the first floor of an elegant Venetian home with a central elevator.

The building is located to the right of the Arsenale vaporetto stop and to the left of the Giardini vaporetto stop. The Marine Biology Institute and the beautiful extensive Gardens are right at the Giardini stop. From the "Marco Polo" airport of Venice take the Alilaguna boat service to Arsenale stop. Almost every vaporetto line stops at or very near Arsenale.
