Pricing
Pricing is based on a week long stay, it may vary depending on the quantity of people and the length of stay. Please contact us for the very best pricing.

All apartments are located in the same family owned building. The building has a terrace roof with tables and chairs overlooking both the Acropolis and Lykavito, a small mountain opposite the Acropolis. All guests are encouraged to relax and enjoy the view at their leisure.

The apartments are located in central Athens within 5 minutes walk of both the bus stop and the metro station. If you feel like a nice walk, you would be a 20 minute walk from Plaka and the Acropolis as well as many other nice plazas and ruins. The apartment building is also located two blocks from a weekly open air market.

All apartments are fully equipped with a washing machine, TV, stereo and all kitchen accessories. Ample linens and bath towels will be supplied as well as all kitchen necessities such as cooking utensils, plates and silverware. Weekly cleaning and change of house linens is provided if you stay longer than one week. We will also furnish a map of Athens that includes bus and metro lines.

Fully Furnished Studio Apartment/ Flat in downtown Athens

This beautiful, cozy apartment is newly painted with marble flooring with brand new air conditioning/heating. This apartment is arranged into 3 rooms: the kitchen/dining room, the bathroom and the living room/bedroom. Each room has a sliding door for privacy. There is a small balcony that overlooks the back of the building. The living room/ bedroom has a couch that turns into two very comfortable single beds. This allows you to have a normal living room during the day and a comfortable bedroom at night. The living room/ bedroom also has a TV and stereo as well as ample closet and storage space. You are able to sleep two people comfortably in this apartment. We are able to add a bed to sleep a third person if desired. This apartment is 40 meters squared or 430 squared feet.

Fully Furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment/ Flat

This beautiful fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment is arranged into four main rooms and a foyer. The four main rooms consist of the kitchen/ dining room, a large living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom contains two single beds as well as a TV and ample closet and storage space. The living room has two sofa beds that can sleep three additional people comfortably, a coffee table, and chairs. The living room also has a TV, stero and VCR. Both the bedroom and the living room open onto a large balcony that overlooks the front of the building and has a wonderful view of the acropolis. This apartment can sleep five people comfortably. This apartment has brand new air conditioning/heating. This apartment is 70 meters squared or 753 squared feet.

Beach Front Condo One and a Half Hours Outside Athens

When you are tired of the action of the city, our one bedroom condo in Akrata is a wonderful place to escape. Located one and a half hours outside Athens by train, it is a peaceful retreat from the city. The condo is divided into four rooms: the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. With white tile floors and white walls, the condo is as refreshing as it is beautiful. The living room and bedroom open up onto a very large balcony that has a table and chairs. This condo is also fully furnished with all the necessities. It has an ample supply of towels as well as all other necessary linens. It is located within a block of the beach.

Mountainside Villa

This beautiful two-bedroom villa is located 30 minutes from Sparta and three hours from Athens in the Peloponnese. Perched on the side of the mountain overlooking olive fields and valleys, this villa is like resting in the clouds. Complete with fireplace and a modern kitchen, this villa has everything you would need for comfort. It has a large kitchen/ dinning room, living room with television and fireplace, spacious bathroom and two large bedrooms. The main bedroom has a full size bed and closets, while the second bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps two more people very comfortably. There is a large wraparound balcony that overlooks the vally and olive fields.

Oceanfront Villa

A luxurious villa perched upon a hillside in a southern suburb of Athens is the perfect way to enjoy the Olympic games and at the same time enjoy a peaceful, oceanfront getaway. This two-story villa is elegant and spacious with marble floors and the highest quality furniture. It has three bedrooms, each of which will sleep two people. This lovely house is only matched by the exquisite view from the large wrap around balcony. A table that will seat up to 10 people is situation on the balcony to allow everyone to enjoy the view. This villa is located in Anavissos, a small suburb south of Athens. There is a bus that will take you to Athens in 20 minutes. Also, due to the new highways developed for the Olympic games, the Olympic Village and many other venues are close by and accessible without needing to enter downtown city traffic. This villa is a perfect location to enjoy the games and also relax in a bit of paradise. Please email us for pictures. There is a minimum of two weeks rental for this property. Reservation Policy

To book a reservation, we will need to receive Four nights deposit. This deposit must be in euros dollars or the equivalent amount in native monetary units. The amount will have to be agreed upon by both parties. We do not accept credit cards, but you can send the deposit by cashiers check, business check, personal check or direct wire transfer to our checking account in Greece or USA.
The leftover balance will be due upon arrival after approval of accommodations. For everyoneâ€™s security, we require a photocopy of a valid passport of each of the people staying in the apartment. This will be expected upon arrival and approval of the apartment.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the demand for accommodations we are trusting that you follow though with your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. This is our personal apartment that we are letting rent; we expect an honest respect to exist between both parties. When we take your reservation, we will then be turning away other people that would be willing to stay in the apartment, often times for more money.

Rules and Regulations

Due to the fact that this is a family owned building, we are very strict about the people and activities we allow into our building. We expect everyone to respect the privacy and peace and quite of their neighbors. No drugs, excessive parties or otherwise illegal; or disruptive activates will be allowed.
