This beautiful property can be divided into 2 sections : one side is a one bedroom apartment fully equipped with its own bathroom, shower, cable TV and kitchen. The other section consists in 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with its living room, kitchen, and dining room. So you can rent the entire house (4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms) or the 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms or the one bedroom apartment. All have access to the pool, the BBQ, the pool bar and the parking ,lot. MAKE SURE TO INDICATE US WHAT PLAN YOU WANT WHEN CONTACTING US. These are the rates (ALL INCLUSIVE) for one week and one month (discounts on longer periods).

PLAN B - PART OF THE HOUSE (3 BEDROOMS /3 BATHROOMS) : From $1850 (LS) to $2300 (HS & SUMMER) a week and from $ 3950 (LS) to $ 4450 (HS & SUMMER)for a full month.

PLAN C - ELEGANTLY FULLY EQUIPPED ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT (LARGE STUDIO 515 SQ. F): From $695 to $750 a week and from $ 1300 (LS) to $ 1550 (HS & SUMMER) for a full month.

All bedrooms have their private bathrooms each one equipped with a shower. Cable TV on all 4 tv's , air conditioning everywhere , 2 fully equipped kitchens (beautiful Italian ceramic in the main kitchen),French windows and elegant front porch with marble style tiles. The major industry is tourism with tourists all year round and the local Arawak Indian and Dutch population is very friendly and helpful. There are 4 large American style supermarkets with products from around the world. . No taxes on foreign income and on resale of a residential property. Finally, the weather is always perfect (that is, if you like year round 82 to 86 degree temperatures, bright sunny skies, refreshing trade winds and crystal clear 82 degree, calm, turquoise Caribbean water every day of the year).
