The restaurant has 200 seating capacity or 600 standing capacity.
The restaurant areas are adorned by ethnic ornament like paintings, statues, and some clay articles. The main building is surrounded by a fish pond which has several water fountains in the outskirt of the pond resulting soothing watery sound around the area.
There restaurant has five different product categories, which are ala carte, function, pastry, bar, and catering. For ala carte, the restaurant serves modern culinary cuisines with mostly western dishes and some oriental dishes. Therefore the ala carte product has highest quality among function and catering. Function and catering dishes are mostly similar. Since function and catering have tendencies to have higher volume than ala carte, the products are simpler. Still, quality is the restaurant’s priority. All three product categories, ala carte, bar, and pastry release monthly special products, which is called taste of the month, to keep the dynamics of the restaurant’s product.
Kitchen department, food and beverage (FB) department, accounting department, logistic department, sales department, public relation department, maintenance department, and security department are managed by a general manager. All of them are highly trained in hospitality industry so that they can handle high quality dishes and big volume function like 600 people wedding or 1000 people catering. On other words, complex workflow when big functions occur among kitchen, FB, accounting, logistic, sales, maintenance, and security department is already established.
