Our exclusive villa exist of â€œ4 housesâ€�?.

1) A parent sleeping room (4,5 x 7 m) is divided from the toilet house by an open spot and a bath. The cupboard room is separated by a beautiful open woodcarving door from the sleeping room. A two persons four posted bed (with boxspring matrasses) 2.50 m wide and 2 m. long takes care for a good nightâ€™s rest. Further in this room is a TV cupboard, a wooden 3-persons sofa, a put away table. All the furnitureâ€™s have Bali woodcarving.

This sleeping room has a balcony with a view to the sea (2 km) and look down to our swimming pool. Under the balcony lies the open kitchen supplied with a complete 9-persons dinner service, a pan set, a refrigerator with a freezer and a 4-pits gas cooker.

2) An earlier named toilet house (3x3 m) in which are a washbasin, shower (warm and cold water) and toilet. A washing machine is in the corner.

3) Approx 8 meters from the swimming pool are situated 2 guestrooms, the sizes are 4x4 m and the other 4x7,5 m. Both rooms have their own shower (warm water) and toilet The biggest room has 2 washbasins In both rooms are two 1-personsbeds (each 1.25x2 m). Also here in every room an .
Above the guestrooms is the living room with on both sides many windows. On one side a nice view to the sea and on the other side a view to an access road. With open windows there is a fresh sea wind. In this room a 3-piece suite of plaited water lily and a TV with an automatic dish antenne for approx 120 canals.

4) An open gazebo 3 x 3 m (â€œbale begongâ€�?) in the front garden with a marble floor with a 3-piece bamboo suite for 6 persons relaxed sitting.

Our villa has a complete luxe teak wooden furniture; all doors and windows have woodcarving Balinese motives. All rooms have marble tiles !

After passing our entrance (a Balinese stone gate) you stay in a luxuriant vegetation and after passing the â€œbale begongâ€�? you walkover a pond with stone tiles. There are 3 ponds (one with a fountain) and among the lotus- and water plants goldfishes are swimming.

Our plot has two levels with a difference of approx 2 meters.

The guestrooms and the swimming pool (4,5 x 8 x 1,5 m) are situated in the lower part Of course the swimming pool has a filter installation so that the water has a perfect quality.
Between the guestrooms and the swimming pool we have a terrace of 50 m2 tiled floor on which deckchairs. Also a small swimming pool for the children with a depth of 60 cm has been made.
