The villa is near the clubhouse where there is a full restaurant/bar and there are two shops within the resort. Marriott's 5* resort opened in December 2003 within the resort which offers a variety of restaurants and bars.

This was a project we were to undertake and preliminary research suggests that around 100,000 Euros spent would have the property worth 1,100,000 Euros.
