All the kitchens of the apartments have exaustion with individual behavior to the exterior, avoiding unpleasent smells. Excellent mixer taps “Roca� in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The walls between common apartments and zones have an excellent acoustic isolation.
All the three apartment's blocks are separate (clear span) without any phisical contact, (to prevents noises of deep).
The windows and doors are made in aluminum "Technal" and with double glasses on it which help to keep a good acoustic isolation.
The garage's access is quite easy.
There are also parking avaliable for visitors.
The Apartment's garbage containers are situated near the garage.
