View your docked boat from your kitchen window and enjoy sailing, skiing, or fishing. Walk down the winding road to the lovely town of Brusimpiano for a cappuccino or for a lakeside dinner. If you feel lucky, drive or sail over to the Casino in the tax-haven of Campione. If you feel a bit more informal, prepare dinner in your custom kitchen utilizing your quality Franke and Whirlpool appliances or out on your covered terrace with your Italian forno.
