The main house,is made of concret block, and newly painted. The main living space is up stairs, and has 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the east side to catch all the lovely caribbean seabreeze. The master bedroom is to the back of the house on the east side and also has a 10x12 fully screened in porch with hammocks, for those afternoon siestas.

If you enjoy spending time in the kitchen, you will fall in love with this one. It has beautiful solid mahogony cabinets, vaulted ceiling that extends to the dining area and rizes 16 feet high. Appliances such as the refrigerator, stove, and microwave are fairly new.

The livingroom, and two bedrooms have vaulted ceilings as well.

The entire house has beautiful tiled floors.
The 12'x12' washroom with tiled floor with both a washer and dryer (also new)and an electric hot water heater and 12'x12' toolroom are both downstairs.

The restaurant interior is beautifully decorated with many Belizean antiques and Mayan artifacts. It sits about 50 guest, and has a bar area, two separate bathrooms with showers, a kitchen with all stainless steel countertops. Also inside the restaurant is a small gift shop. There are two thatched opened palapas, one measuring 22x30 and the other 16x28 with seating for 80+ guest in a beautiful garden paradise setting. There is a 12x22'deck to the back of the larger palapa that overlooks into the pond and back of property towards the banana orchard and other beautiful trees. There is a separate building with extra bathrooms and shower facilities for guest and overnight campers. The restaurant area is beautifully landscaped with many tropical trees, shrubs, palms and flowers such as the crotons, hibiscus, bird of paradise, ginger, orchids, flamboyant trees, and many others.

The small guest house is beautifully decorated with palm motife and is fully furinshed. It consist of one bedroom with full size bed, a small livingroom, a kitchenette area with microwave and refrigerator. It also has a bathroom with shower. This guest house has a fully screened in back porch with two hammocks for relaxing while guest are on vacation.

The caretakers/maids house is a 16'x28', two bedroom single family house and is made of wood siding. Both the husband and wife are both employed and work full time. It has seperate toilet and shower facilities with its own septic tank.

We also offer overnight camping as well.

Other things of interest are our resident animals such as a black howler monkey, a crocodile, two parrots, and more that 130 different species of birds that make Mayan Wells their home. This place is truly a birdwatchers paradise.
You can truly wake up to an early morning bird songs orchestra that's unforgetable.

This area is special because of its quite tranquil setting, and friendly village people.
