Adjacent to the main building is the 50 seat dining room with its louvered windows and doors opening directly on the beach and sea. Its kitchen has all commercial grade equipment, new since 2001.

Flanking the main house are 10 unique domed and screened caban?as. These spacious caban?as are furnished with locally crafted mahogany and salmwood furniture and trimmings. To the center of the plot, scattered among the many fruit and flowering trees of the extensive gardens, are three buildings each of which contains 4 rooms in two stories. These rooms, each 800 ft. sq. with views of the beach and gardens are air conditioned. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, refrigerators, coffee makers and personal safes. Here too are found the 40 foot tree-shaded pool and massage room.

Rum Point has a full service PADI dive shop with a compressor and the comfortable 42 foot jet drive dive boat, AurigaII, to carry divers and snorkelers to the many off shore cayes and dive sites of the Southern Barrier Reef of Belize, largest in the Western Hemisphere..

Our land based tours to the Cockscomb Reserve and Southern Maya ruins ride in our 15 passenger air conditioned van.

There are service buildings to house staff, laundry, main office/apartment and 20 KW generator. Below the kitchen/dining room are a large warehouse and cooler room.

The Land area has sufficient foot print for additional units to include Condos.
