The holiday complex "Panorama beach" is located in Byala - a small town on the Bulgarian sea coast, surrounded by virgin beaches. The population of Byala is about 3000 citizens and during the summer season there are many tourists. The town has an excellent situation being in a fast developing area where many international companies have started the construction of top quality hotels. In the town there is also a polyclinic, a post office and a school. There are many delighful cafes and fancy restaurants often with authentic folklore live music, offering delicious meals and drinks from the Bulgarian and international cuisines. If you are a fan of the sport entertainment, Byala also offers a water slide, a tennis court or you can enjoy fishing trips for relaxation and a variety of water sports. Byala is located 53 km south of the spendidly picturesque and 3rd in size in Bulgaria - the sea capital of Varna, 60 km from the International airport there and 55 km from Burgas airport. It is near the famous resort town Obzor. Located on a beautiful beach, Byala is a center of a region famous for its long traditions in grape-growing and high quality wine production. The average summer temperature is up to 25 ? C and down to 5? C in winter. Sea temperature is up to 28? C during July and August. The temperature suitable for bathing last as long as 6 months a year. There are daily bus lines to Varna, Burgas, Sunny Beach and the ancient historic town of Nessebar.       • Long-term rents are agreed upon additionally by the tenant and "Property Management" Ltd. as a representative of the property owner. Usually, when letting a property for a long period, the current expenses are paid by the tenant.
