We offer to sale exclusively former mansion landed estate noble family from Thun and Hohenstein in Zehusice in the region of Kutna Hora. It is situated 80 km to the east from Prague. Exit of the highway Prague – Hradec Kralové is in Podebrady, 25 km far away of Zehusice.
The mansion landed estate intervenes in the Caslav lowland, in the fruitful, agricultural countryside, without larger industry units.
In the east it is bordered with Iron mountains, in the south The Highland rises up, and in the south-west the skylines of Kutná Hora are seen with view tower Vysoka and hill Kank. In the north the vista of Polabska lowland is opening.
The mansion was owned by noble family from Thun and Hohenstein. Originally it was built in Baroque style and at the beginning of 19. century it was rebuilt in Empire style. We can get in with two entrance doors - the front gate from the road and the court, the other one from the deer park in the east. The chateau is large building in the shape of letter “H”. Extensive park and deer park belong to the mansion. The river Doubrava flows through and embroiders them with its nice meanders.

1. The Mansion:
Built up area: about 2 ha
The mansion building is an empire construction in the shave of letter “H” with two overground floors and with an attic. It has the second largest chamber in the Czech Republic. From 60ties to 90ties years the building was engaged as a basic school and offices, which affected its architecture and technical conditions negatively. From 90ties years it has been unmaintained and uninhabited.

2. The deer park:
Its area is 266 ha. Only its small part is opened for public. There we can see flocks of white deer during feeding and take a walk through a nature trail. A caretaker, living in the forester ´s lodge just in the deer park, look after it. About 140 pieces of white deer live there, the only breeding living in Europe. The deers their progenitors, came from Persia, were brought here from earl Kinsky from Chlumec above Cidlina in 1820.

3. The park:
Its area is about 6 ha. There are some survivals rare tree species from the time, when the park was the most beauty in the Bohemia countries. A small lake is in the park and a fleet of the river Doubrava is run through it.
