Construction Details

Generally a standard Brazilian villa specification is below European & US specification. All of our villas have an improved build specification to cater for European & US buyers, whilst still maintaining the ‘Brazilian’ general style.

The foundations are concrete filled on which block walls are built to provide the main structure of the building. The roof is of timber construction finished with a traditional clay tiling. External walls are rendered apart from some decorative effect brickwork, internally they are plastered, finished in paint or tiling.

Ceramic floor tiles are throughout the property with choice of colours. All wet areas will be fully tiled on the wall and floor. The kitchen will be of a standard design, with floor and wall units to provide ample storage. In keeping with the Brazilian format on bathrooms a walk in shower will be provided as standard. Villas always have one less bathroom than bedrooms (min of 1 bathroom). I.e.. A three bedroom will have two bathrooms and four bedroom, three bathrooms etc.

Each Condominium / Villa is fitted with all the Utility Services (GAS, ELECTRICITY and WATER). Each Condominium has it’s own water filtration system in line with state regulations.

Paths will extend all round the property and will be fenced for privacy. Air conditioning is fitted as standard.
